Job Description

**Job Title:** React.js Developer **Role Summary:** Develop high‑performance, reusable front‑end components and libraries using React.js. Translate UI designs into production‑ready code, optimize for cross‑device compatibility, and collaborate with back‑end and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable, maintainable React applications that meet functional, performance, and quality standards. - Participate in code reviews, performance profiling, and continuous improvement of the front‑end architecture. - Keep abreast of evolving web technologies and apply industry best practices to the codebase. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain user‑facing features with React.js, Redux/Flux, and related toolchains. - Create reusable component libraries and front‑end utilities for future reuse. - Convert wireframes and visual designs into clean, responsive code. - Optimize rendering and bundle size to maximize performance across browsers and devices. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front‑end issues. - Work closely with back‑end developers and designers to implement UX/UI specifications. - Document component interfaces, patterns, and coding guidelines. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and the object model. - Deep understanding of React.js core principles, component lifecycle, and hooks. - Experience with state management patterns: Redux or Flux. - Familiarity with build tools: Babel, Webpack, NPM/Yarn, and script orchestration. - Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and data‑fetching patterns. - Ability to write semantic, accessible, and testable code. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Performance mindset: profiling, benchmarking, and optimization techniques. **Preferred Skills:** - TypeScript. - Server‑side rendering (Next.js or similar). - Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, React Testing Library. - CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience and proven portfolio of React projects.
