Job Description
Job title: Technical Account Manager Role Summary - Serve as the senior technical liaison for 30‑35 high‑value client accounts, driving service delivery, retention, and growth. - Translate client business objectives into technical roadmaps, leveraging F12’s VCIO framework and internal technical resources. - Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for clients internally, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless renewal and conversion of services. Expectations - Maintain ≥90 % client retention and contribute to revenue growth target for assigned accounts. - Deliver quarterly business reviews and roadmap presentations that secure client commitment to planned outcomes. - Fast‑track issue resolution and coordinate cross‑functional teams to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities - Build and nurture deep business relationships with client leadership, positioning TAM as an extension of their organization. - Analyze client pain‑points, develop solutions, and create implementation roadmaps; present these roadmaps compellingly to stakeholders. - Facilitate annual and quarterly business plans in partnership with the General Manager, setting success metrics and tracking key performance indicators. - Advocate for client needs within F12, collaborating with technical, project, and renewal teams to resolve escalations and improve service quality. - Conduct technology advisory sessions—education on F12 products, trend analysis, and alignment of solutions to client business goals. - Monitor competitive landscape, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and coordinate conversion efforts. Required Skills - Advanced business acumen with ability to connect IT solutions to organizational objectives. - Technical proficiency: experience in troubleshooting, system integration, or program management; capable of engaging vendors and technical staff in solution scoping. - Strategic, proactive thinker who anticipates client needs and formulates long‑term plans. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Relationship‑building expertise; history of transforming transactional interactions into enduring advisory partnerships. Required Education & Certifications - Post‑secondary education in a technical discipline (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering). - Formal technical training or certification (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or equivalent). - Equivalent technical experience in a troubleshooting or technical program role.
