Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant Web Designer Intern (Digital Design) **Role Summary** Assist the Digital Design Studio in creating, adapting, and delivering digital visual assets for luxury beauty clients. Support the Digital Art Direction and Project Manager in producing desktop and mobile layouts, landing pages, and small animations, while maintaining an organized asset library. **Expectations** * 4‑6 month full‑time internship starting January 2026. * Must be enrolled in an applied arts or advertising program (Bachelor level or higher). * Professional English proficiency required. * Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects in a collaborative team environment. * Commitment to the studio’s creative standards, timelines, and asset management processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Adapt and layout visual assets for various digital formats (desktop, mobile, banner, newsletter, takeover). * Support the design and layout of landing pages and digital interfaces. * Organise and maintain a production-quality asset library for client delivery. * Create small animations and graphic elements (pictograms, icons) using animation tools. * Collaborate with the Digital Art Director and Project Manager to meet creative brief requirements. * Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards. **Required Skills** * Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD). * Experience with Sketch and/or Figma. * Knowledge of After Effects for basic animation is a plus. * Strong visual design sense and attention to detail. * Ability to translate brand guidelines into digital interfaces. * Organizational skills for asset library management. * Curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Professional‑level English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** * Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s‑level (Bac+3) program in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. * No specific certifications required; proof of coursework in digital design tools and techniques preferred.
