**Job Title** Assistant Post‑Production (Internship) **Role Summary** Support day‑to‑day post‑production workflows for image and film projects, coordinate with external studios, maintain quality control, and manage final deliverables and project tracking. **Expectations** - 6‑month internship, commencing January 2026. - Current student in audiovisual, cinema, VFX, communication or related field. - Demonstrated interest in image, post‑production, and advertising contexts. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Track image and film projects: receive WIPs, organize workflow, update schedules. 2. Coordinate with external studios (editing, 3D, color grading, retouching). 3. Quality‑control deliverables: verify formats, audio‑visual consistency. 4. Prepare and deliver final files: rename, archive, classify. 5. Update project tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Keynote). 6. Conduct creative and technical research on studios, talent, AI tools. 7. Assist with budget tracking: quotes, purchase orders, invoicing. **Required Skills** - Excellent organization, meticulous attention to detail, and rigor. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Keynote. - Basic knowledge of editing, 3D, VFX, or Adobe creative suite appreciated. - Professional-level English for communication with international partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrollment in a university or conservatory program in audiovisual, cinema, VFX, communication or a comparable field. - No specific certifications required.
