**Job Title**
Project Manager – E‑Invoicing & e‑Reporting (Techno‑Functional)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the company’s statutory electronic invoicing and reporting program until September 2026. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (data, technology, change management) to ensure regulatory compliance, system integration, and successful go‑live across multiple subsidiaries.
**Expectations**
- Deliver the e‑Invoicing program on time and within scope, meeting the 1 September compliance deadline.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory constraints to secure a smooth transition.
- Drive adoption and change initiatives among accounting, finance, and technical staff.
- Deliver high‑quality data and ensure ERP integration for reliable invoice life‑cycle management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Programme Management** – Own the overall e‑Invoicing pipeline: scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- **Stakeholder Coordination** – Interface with AMOA (business owners), AMOE (technical teams), finance, and external vendors.
- **Regulatory Compliance** – Translate legislative requirements into process and technical specifications, validate data flows and signing protocols.
- **Testing & Validation** – Oversee end‑to‑end test cycles, including transmission to the approved platform, and manage issue resolution.
- **Data & ERP Integration** – Analyse ERP data quality, coordinate dual‑ERP synchronization, and define transformations for electronic invoice exchange.
- **Change Management** – Develop and deliver training, communication, and support to embed new processes and tools.
- **Risk & Issue Management** – Identify, assess, and mitigate functional, technical, and regulatory risks throughout the lifecycle.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management experience (ideally 5 + years) in large, multi‑company initiatives.
- Expertise in electronic invoicing/e‑reporting, including data formats, e‑signature, and platform integration.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience coordinating dual ERP environments).
- Experience in AMOA/AMOE coordination and stakeholder management.
- Solid analytical skills for data quality assessment and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and change‑management abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines and regulatory pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- Certified Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Certifications relevant to e‑Invoicing or ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
