Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales – Admissions Representative Role Summary Drive student recruitment for multiple university-level schools by engaging prospective applicants, guiding them through admission processes, and securing enrollments. Acts as primary liaison between candidates and admissions team, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience from initial contact through final enrollment. Expectations - Achieve monthly/quarterly prospecting and conversion targets. - Maintain accurate, real‑time data in CRM and provide regular performance reports. - Uphold academic admission standards and represent schools’ brand consistently. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and contact prospective students via phone, email, and other digital channels. - Review application dossiers, advise candidates on program fit and academic pathways. - Conduct admission interviews: profile assessment, needs qualification, potential evaluation. - Present school programs, address objections, and persuade candidates to apply. - Make admission decisions following institutional criteria. - Guide accepted students through documentation, payment, and enrollment procedures. - Keep CRM records current, generate activity reports, and support data‑driven decision making. - Participate in promotional activities (open days, fairs, school visits) to increase brand visibility. Required Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills. - Proven inside‑sales experience or proven ability to close leads. - Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication. - Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented with autonomy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience preferred). - Bilingual: French (native) + English (working proficiency); additional languages a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in business, marketing, education, or related field. - 1–3 years of sales, consulting, or student‑recruitment experience in higher‑education or training sector preferred.
