**Job Title**
Business Analyst – Application & IT Services
**Role Summary**
Oversee the application portfolio, bridging business stakeholders and IT teams. Drive requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and solution design for ERP, HRIS, and local systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and contractual obligations.
**Expectations**
Deliver end‑to‑end application lifecycle support for 5+ years of experience. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills. Maintain high performance of third‑party vendors and manage change requests within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Gather user requirements, conduct workshops, and produce functional specifications.
2. Translate business needs into technical requirements for development and integration.
3. Initiate and coordinate application modifications, including planning, scheduling, and testing.
4. Serve as liaison between business units (production, quality, supply chain, finance, maintenance, sales, purchasing) and IT (infrastructure, applications).
5. Lead and develop internal network of technical reference users, providing training and best‑practice guidance.
6. Monitor vendor performance via KPI’s, control change costs, and prioritize requests against budgeted resources.
7. Identify process and application improvement opportunities, assess feasibility, and propose solutions.
8. Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting across the application landscape.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years as Business/Business Analyst or Application Analyst.
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP, HRIS, and local business applications.
- Technical proficiency with Oracle, SQL, Talend, and basic programming principles.
- Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and clear documentation skills.
- Vendor and project management experience.
- English fluency; French language proficiency preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP vendor modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle eBusiness Suite) is a plus.
