The SDR will prospect, qualify, and schedule discovery meetings with potential B2B SaaS customers, driving the early stages of the sales pipeline and providing qualified opportunities to the sales team. **Expectations:** - 2+ years of B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience, preferably in technology/SaaS. - Demonstrate strong outbound calling skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. - Consistently meet or exceed weekly call and qualification targets, and convert interactions into qualified opportunities. - Maintain accurate and timely data entry in CRM tools and produce regular activity reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage accounts within the ideal customer profile (ICP). - Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and articulate the product value proposition. - Book qualified introductory discovery meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff. - Maintain a rigorous workflow, including call scripts, email templates, and follow‑up cadences. - Use and update CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and other productivity suites. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness. - Provide feedback on market trends, competitive positioning, and customer objections to inform product strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in high‑volume outbound prospecting and call‑center metrics (calls/day, conversion rates). - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; articulate, persuasive, and listener‑focused. - Ability to build rapport quickly in virtual meetings and on the phone. - Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt scripts to various buyer personas. - Experience with CRM/automation platforms (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Comfort with PC/Mac environments and the Google/Microsoft Office Suite. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a competitive, team‑oriented setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - Any relevant sales training or certification (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales, SDR Academy).
