You will conduct structured qualification calls, use SPIN techniques, manage CRM data, and collaborate closely with the CEO to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. **Expectations** - Complete 5–10 qualification calls per week, ensuring each lead is accurately scouted and documented. - Maintain precise, up‑to‑date CRM records and deliver clear hand‑over notes to the CEO. - Actively contribute feedback on market signals and script adjustments to refine the funnel. - Operate as a reliable, detail‑oriented partner in a fast‑growing environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Lead Qualification** – Evaluate inbound leads (diagnostics, mini‑audits, opt‑ins) against the company’s qualification criteria. 2. **Setter Calls** – Conduct structured qualification conversations using active listening, SPIN questioning, and timing/budget assessment. 3. **CRM Management** – Record all interactions, update lead status, and ensure accurate data for reporting. 4. **Handover Preparation** – Create concise, actionable notes and set the stage for the CEO’s follow‑up. 5. **Conversion Optimization** – Provide market feedback, suggest script improvements, and iterate on the funnel in partnership with the CEO. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in a B2B lead‑qualification role within a structured funnel. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales scripts. - Strong application of SPIN and active listening techniques. - Ability to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline effectively. - Excellent verbal communication and note‑taking skills. - Reliability, rigor, and a professional attitude toward follow‑up and data integrity. - Business‑savvy mindset capable of addressing C‑suite decision makers with precision. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Certification in sales or customer qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, CHAMP) is a plus. ---
