Job Description

**Job Title:** Internship – Account Manager **Role Summary:** Support the capacity management team in coordinating kitchen installation projects with partner craftsmen. Facilitate smooth communication, manage project documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvement. **Expectations:** - Complete and accurate follow‑up on installation activities. - Coordinate scheduling and resources for installers and measurers. - Participate in site measurements and pre‑visit technical reviews. - Ensure timely handling of external contractor records. - Deliver regular updates to the team on project status. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and monitoring kitchen installation tasks. - Serve as a liaison between the capacity team, installers, and measurers. - Support measurement interventions and validate 3‑D plans and technical drawings. - Maintain and update client and contractor work files. - Identify and suggest operational process enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team‑player capable of multitasking. - Basic proficiency in project coordination software (preferred). - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of construction or kitchen installation processes is advantageous.
