Job Description
**Job title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development and performance of product ranges for the French market, blending business acumen, product expertise, and close collaboration with sales. Drive growth, optimize pricing, and ensure competitive positioning to support sales performance. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth and profitability for assigned product lines. - Maintain a pricing and positioning strategy that outperforms competitors. - Act as a single point of ownership for product life‑cycle management in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute commercial action plans: assess client portfolio, identify opportunities, map key stakeholders. - Build and monitor budgets, business plans and marketing plans for product portfolios. - Manage product lines as mini‑Business Units: lifecycle management, pricing, distribution, promotions, launches and extensions. - Partner with sales teams to support field actions, attend client meetings, events, and prepare product pitch materials. - Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence: trend analysis, benchmark, and influence strategy. - Develop and maintain range‑management tools, support sales forecasting with market insights, and implement pricing strategies. - Deploy and track promotional activities and associated marketing collateral. - Coordinate internal reporting, collaborate with sales, and support tenders and cross‑functional projects. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis). - Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Experience with ERP/PIM systems (preferably SAP). - Proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaborative platforms. - Bilingual in French and English. - Strong business orientation, results‑driven, dynamic, curious, and team‑oriented. - Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and translate market intelligence into actionable plans. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s level (Bac+5) in Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. - Ideal background in automotive aftermarket or B2B technical sector (not mandatory).
