**Job title**: Tech Lead Front-End Architect (F/M)
**Role Summary**: Lead the definition and delivery of front‑end architecture for complex, data‑intensive applications. Design high‑performance, scalable, and user‑centric interfaces while mentoring a development team and collaborating closely with back‑end engineers to ensure seamless API integration.
**Expactations**:
- Minimum 5 years in a Tech Lead or Front‑End Architect role, preferably with full‑stack exposure.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern Angular development (Angular 18/20) with TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and module optimization.
- Strong understanding of back‑end technologies (REST, GraphQL, Java/Spring Boot, WebSocket) to enable effective collaboration.
- Proven track record of delivering performance‑optimized, modular front‑ends for data‑driven products.
- Deep sensitivity to UX/UI design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
- Experience proposing and implementing AI‑agentic solutions (e.g., UI assistants, automated UI interactions).
- Solid code‑review and mentorship skills; ability to influence and enforce coding standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and bilingual or multilingual capability preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect and evolve the front‑end stack, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Guide developers through design reviews, code reviews, and best‑practice enforcement.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Liaise with back‑end teams to define API contracts (REST/GraphQL/WS) and integration patterns.
- Build and evaluate prototypes featuring AI agents for data exploration and UI automation.
- Drive continuous improvement of the front‑end development process, tooling, and documentation.
- Contribute to product innovation strategy in alignment with client needs and market trends.
**Required Skills**:
- Angular (v18/20) / TypeScript / JavaScript / ES6+.
- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, component‑based architecture, state management (NgRx/Redux).
- Performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, memoization.
- API integration: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.
- CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Angular CLI, Webpack, Vite).
- UX/UI principles, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping tools.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design.
- Code‑review tools (Git, Bitbucket, Gerrit), version control best practices.
- Mentoring, leadership, fluent communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Interest and prior experience with AI/ML applications in UI contexts.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Angular, front‑end development, or architecture (e.g., Angular Certified, TOGAF) are advantageous but not mandatory.
