Job Description
**Job Title**: Auditor (M/F) **Role Summary** An independent audit professional responsible for conducting legal and contractual audits of client entities. The role requires planning, executing audit procedures, analyzing risks, and delivering concise audit reports. The auditor works autonomously on a diverse portfolio and is expected to develop leadership skills for future advancement to senior, engagement leader, or technical specialist positions. **Expectations** - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of auditing experience in a professional firm. - Strong command of audit methodology and solid accounting fundamentals. - Demonstrated analytical rigour, structured communication, and teamwork orientation. - Drive for continuous learning in a demanding yet supportive environment. - Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and autonomy. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute full‑cycle audits: risk assessment, testing, analytic procedures. - Draft and present audit summaries, findings, conclusions, and recommendations. - Attend client meetings (opening, progress, closing) to discuss audit scope and results. - Supervise and mentor junior staff when required. - Participate in specialty audits such as M&A, operational audits, and internal control reviews. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in audit planning and execution techniques. - Competency in accounting principles and financial statement analysis. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency with digital audit tools (cloud platforms, advanced audit software). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BAC+5) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (DCG). - Professional audit or accounting certification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
