**Job Title**
Business Operations & Automation Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, standardization, and automation of cross‑functional business processes to scale the organization. Drive AI‑enabled solutions to industrialize repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and accelerate revenue cycles. Partner with functional leaders to embed a culture of data‑driven efficiency.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a scalable process architecture that unifies Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Back‑office operations.
- Prioritize high‑impact areas (Sales, Customer Success) to rapidly increase upsell and streamline revenue cycles.
- Deploy AI agents and copilots to transform key workflows and improve team productivity.
- Champion change management, training, and adoption of new tools and practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Process Architecture & Standardization** – Map, audit, and redesign end‑to‑end workflows; define best‑practice templates; document in Notion.
2. **Automation & Integration** – Build low‑code (Zapier) and custom (Python/APIs) integrations linking Pipedrive, Notion, Monday, Python/MySQL, Metabase, and finance tools.
3. **AI Strategy Deployment** – Identify AI opportunities (Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral); develop agents for classification, extraction, analysis, and content generation; embed copilots in Sales, CS, and Support.
4. **Change Management & Culture** – Train teams, maintain up‑to‑date documentation; foster an organization‑wide culture of data, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Process mapping, workflow design, and improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Automation tools: Zapier, Python scripting, API integration.
- Data analytics & visualization (MySQL, Metabase).
- AI/ML fundamentals and experience with generative models (Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral).
- Project management, stakeholder communication, and change‑management.
- Proficiency with CRM (Pipedrive), project‑management tools (Notion, Monday), and documentation platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or relevant automation/AI certificates.
