Job title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Oversee end‑to‑end client relationships for creators launching crowdfunding campaigns, driving campaign performance through proactive communication, strategic consulting, and cross‑functional coordination with marketing and campaign teams. Expectations: - Act as primary contact during onboarding, campaign execution, and wrap‑up phases. - Provide high‑level consulting on return‑on‑ad‑spend and budget optimization. - Independently manage multiple client projects, balancing detail orientation with strategic oversight. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to execute seamless campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily creator communication and issue resolution. - Coordinate setup and optimization of digital ad campaigns across platforms. - Conduct regular reviews of campaign metrics, offering actionable insights to clients. - Identify and report operational trends, highlighting areas for process enhancements. - Facilitate data‑driven decision making for campaign budget and ad spend. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of customer success or account management experience in a digital environment. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical insights to non‑technical audiences. - High attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple concurrent projects. - Self‑starter mindset: able to drive initiatives and learn independently. - Preferred: Experience with digital advertising (Facebook, Google, etc.) and familiarity with crowdfunding platforms. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in digital marketing or customer success are a plus.
