Job Description
**Job Title** Delivery Manager & Business Process Lead **Role Summary** Oversee operational readiness and process execution for a wholesale webshop delivery, partnering with the Project Manager to ensure seamless transition from technical implementation to business operations. **Expectations** - Achieve fully documented, validated, and adopted end‑to‑end processes before go‑live. - Align technical system outputs with operational workflows and governance. - Enable functional teams with clear ownership, procedures, and KPIs to reduce post‑go‑live rework and improve delivery predictability. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the Project Manager on delivery planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management. - Map existing and target business processes across product onboarding, pricing, customer journey, order management, fulfillment, returns, customer service, and financial flows. - Translate technical system design from the implementation vendor into detailed operational workflows, roles, and procedures. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Business, IT, Logistics, Merchandising, Finance) to secure alignment and adoption of new processes. - Define governance routines, documentation, training materials, and operating standards required for go‑live. - Identify process gaps, risks, and bottlenecks; propose pragmatic, wholesale‑best‑practice solutions. - Support the definition of data and operational structures such as catalogue governance, customer segmentation, pricing logic, and service model. - Ensure readiness for invoicing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement post‑go‑live. - Prepare steering‑committee inputs jointly with the Project Manager. **Required Skills** - Senior experience in digital commerce delivery and operating model design within B2B distribution, apparel, or comparable sectors. - Advanced business process mapping and translation of system design into operational workflows. - Proven ability to work alongside a Project Manager and external system integrators on complex programs. - Strong cross‑functional influence, structured execution, and documentation discipline. - Knowledge of wholesale catalogue complexity, logistics integration, and multi‑brand environments is mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (White/Green Belt) or equivalent process improvement credentials preferred. ---
