Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute comprehensive business and growth strategies. - Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to support strategic initiatives. - Partner with finance and operations to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. - Lead strategic planning workshops and steering committee meetings. - Provide management consulting support to operational teams, driving performance improvement. - Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to executive leadership. - Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategy.
