Job Description
Job Title: Unpaid Internship – Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Role Summary: Assist in ESG initiatives by planning and managing an ESG challenge event, creating communication content, simplifying strategic documents, and handling project administration. Expactations: Student at bachelor or master's level (or equivalent) in business administration, HR, event management, or related field; available 2–3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months; strong interest in ESG and CSR topics. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and report on an ESG challenge event to engage employees. - Produce articles, posts, newsletters, and visuals to raise awareness of ESG initiatives internally and externally. - Simplify and disseminate ESG strategic documents for easy staff access. - Manage administrative follow‑up of ESG projects and implement collaborative tools to optimize processes. - Collaborate with various departments to foster internal engagement with ESG initiatives. Required Skills: - Project management and strong organizational abilities. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; creative content development and proactive idea generation. - Analytical and synthesis skills for evaluating and structuring information. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student pursuing or holding a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in Administration, HR, Event Management, or a related discipline. - No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of ESG/CSR principles is advantageous.
