Job Description: **Job title** Manager Strategic Partnerships **Role Summary** Lead and nurture strategic partnerships with third‑party developers to accelerate adoption of Meta’s AI glasses platform. Deliver large‑scale engagement initiatives, build a robust developer pipeline, and collaborate cross‑functionally with product marketing and engineering teams. **Expectations** - Drive partnership growth and revenue targets over a 12‑month contract. - Build and sustain a high‑value developer ecosystem that contributes measurable product feedback. - Deliver measurable program outcomes using relevant KPIs and iterate based on data insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Inspire, educate, and engage early‑stage developers across the region on opportunities to build for Meta’s AI glasses. - Develop and execute regional developer activations, hackathons, labs, and other scaled initiatives. - Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize growth programs and optimize communication channels. - Build a robust developer pipeline; capture and advocate developer needs internally. - Act as a thought leader at conferences, meet‑ups, and events, representing Meta’s vision for wearables. - Conduct hands‑on programming workshops and labs to help developers adopt wearables technology. - Partner with 3rd‑party developers to design and test engaging integrations for AI glasses. - Track program effectiveness; translate insights and data into actionable improvements. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of experience managing developer communities or partner programs. - Proficient in iOS or Android mobile development. - Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills. - Experience measuring program ROI with KPIs and using data to drive decisions. - Proven cross‑functional leadership over competing priorities and limited resources. - Resourceful, action‑oriented problem solver capable of working independently. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. - Relevant certifications in mobile development or developer advocacy are a plus. ---
