Job Description
Job title: DB2/PostgreSQL DBA Role Summary: Leads the administration, development, and optimization of DB2 and PostgreSQL databases while managing Snowflake data warehousing. Ensures high availability, security compliance, and performance across on‑premise and cloud environments. Expectations: Deliver reliable database services, participate in on‑call rotations, apply best practices for automation, documentation, and security, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet business data needs. Key Responsibilities: • Install, upgrade, and maintain DB2, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake instances. • Design, implement, and support 24x7 high‑availability and fault‑tolerant solutions. • Optimize database and server performance: hardware, OS, and DB settings. • Develop and refine SQL, stored procedures, ETL pipelines; conduct code reviews and performance tuning. • Manage schema changes, backups, restores, and disaster recovery. • Plan capacity, scaling, and hardware upgrades. • Enforce database security: encryption, masking, PKI, SSH, VPN. • Perform data import/export across CSV, XML, and unstructured formats. • Document architecture, processes, and best practices. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in 24/7 on‑call duty. • Communicate status and technical details to stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills: • ≥5 years DBA experience with DB2 or PostgreSQL. • ≥2 years Snowflake data warehouse administration & development. • Experience with cloud PaaS databases, Linux/Unix, and cloud migration. • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab/Bitbucket. • High‑availability & fault‑tolerance design and support. • Security fundamentals: Database encryption, masking, certificates, PKI, SSH, VPN. • Problem‑solving using analytical methodologies. • Strong written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Certifications in database administration, cloud platforms, or security are a plus. ---

**Job Title:** Solution Architect **Role Summary** Lead Oracle portfolio growth for technology industries by driving advisory and transformation engagements across Oracle Cloud, EBS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and GBU products. Manage the full sales cycle, generate qualified opportunity pipeline, and deliver end‑to‑end solution architecture for large transformation programs. **Expectations** - Achieve ≥30% YoY pipeline growth in TS&S ESU Oracle unit (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, on‑prem implementations). - Target ≥20% YoY revenue growth from new opportunity conversion and key account mining. - Deliver collaborative joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Oracle Corporation. - Maintain strong networking and lead generation from events (Oracle Cloud World, OAUG, etc.). **Key Responsibilities** - Create and qualify opportunity pipeline via proactive connects, market research, account mining, and public tender monitoring. - Partner with TCS stakeholders for RFx response, customer presentations, and opportunity mining. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle coverage, working with ESU, ISU, and BG leadership. - Provide strategic advisory, execute CRP with business/IT stakeholders, and design solution architecture for implementation/delivery engagements. - Identify and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives with quality and on‑schedule delivery. **Required Skills** - 10+ years Oracle technology experience (implementation and pre‑sales). - Proven sales/presales/business development expertise for Oracle Cloud implementation and support services. - Minimum of three large Oracle Cloud transformation engagements in ERP implementation delivery. - Strong project and change management experience in large transformations. - Deep knowledge of Oracle product portfolio: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, GBU, Supply Chain Management. - Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, and articulation skills in English. - In‑depth understanding of Oracle ERP market trends, niche players, and competition landscape. - Ability to navigate Oracle sales organization structure and key contacts. - Proven networking and lead generation skills from events and virtual platforms. - Preferred: Knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms, Big 4 consulting experience, Agentic AI implementation experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect, Oracle EBS, or comparable credentials). - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) is an advantage. ---
