Job Description
**Job Title** Sales & Key Account Manager (Retail Media) (m/f/d) **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth for top consumer health and beauty & personal care clients in Belgium through strategic Retail Media solutions. Act as the primary contact for key accounts, designing data‑driven campaigns, negotiating contracts, achieving performance targets, and expanding client budgets. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Campaign Management, Data, Ad Tech, and Procurement teams. **Expactations** * Deliver consistent account growth and meet or exceed annual sales targets. * Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management. * Operate within established policies for contract negotiations and pricing. * Adhere to corporate guidelines for data privacy and brand safety. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategic Account Management** – Own a portfolio of key accounts; assess business objectives, translate into tailored Retail Media strategies, and present performance reports. 2. **Negotiation & Deal Closure** – Negotiate annual business agreements (JPBs, rate cards, tier structures), structure offers, forecast spend, negotiate budgets, and secure contract signatures. 3. **Campaign Stewardship** – Partner with Campaign Management to launch, optimize, and report on sponsored product, display, and programmatic campaigns meeting branding and performance KPIs. 4. **Revenue Development** – Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, propose new initiatives, and act as long‑term growth partner for each client. 5. **Data‑Driven Insight Generation** – Monitor campaign metrics, derive optimization actions, and feed learnings back to portfolio and product teams. 6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work closely with Data, Ad Tech, Strategic Procurement, and Campaign Management to deliver seamless client experience. **Required Skills** * 4+ years in Retail Media, Digital Sales, or Digital Advertising with experience in onsite and programmatic formats (Sponsored Products, Display). * Proven ability to negotiate and close annual agreements with decision‑makers; strong budgeting and rate‑card negotiation. * Data‑driven, analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting KPIs and translating insights into actionable plans. * Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, French (C1), and English. * Self‑contained, solution‑oriented, ownership mentality; strong teamwork across functional areas. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Certifications in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Advertising) are a plus.
