Job Description
Job title: Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Build, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications, implementing both client‑side and server‑side components, APIs, and database structures to support organizational initiatives. Expectations: Deliver clean, well‑tested code; collaborate cross‑functionally; troubleshoot issues; document solutions; continuously upgrade and refactor technology. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop responsive, single‑page front‑end applications (Vue, React, HTML5, CSS3, SASS). * Implement server‑side architecture and RESTful APIs (Node.js, Java, PHP, Python). * Build, optimize, and maintain relational/non‑relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB). * Refactor legacy code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Create and enforce security, data‑protection, and access controls. * Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; follow test‑driven development. * Commit changes to Git; manage branching, merges, and code reviews. * Draft project briefs, estimates, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with marketing and content teams for UI/UX updates. Required Skills * 5–7 years of full stack development experience. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). * Experience with Vue or React and related build tools. * Backend skills in Node.js, Java, Python, or PHP. * Database knowledge: MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB. * Familiarity with web servers (Apache, Nginx). * Version control: Git (SVN experience a plus). * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging capabilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork orientation. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer) preferred but not mandatory.
