**Job Title:** Marketing Production Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and execute marketing and advertising initiatives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Manage end‑to‑end production of print, digital, and event collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and delivery deadlines.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver quality marketing assets on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with agents, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proactive problem solving and a service‑oriented approach.
- Safeguard brand integrity across all materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and prioritize marketing requests from agents and internal teams.
- Plan, schedule, and track projects (print ads, digital campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations, event collateral).
- Coordinate design, copy, approvals, and production across internal and external teams.
- Manage ad booking and media buying activities through internal systems and partner platforms.
- Maintain and update marketing asset libraries, templates, and vendor contacts.
- Train agents on marketing tools, templates, and workflows via coaching sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with leadership and corporate marketing to align messaging and launch new initiatives.
- Produce ad copy, assemble images, and format marketing materials per brand guidelines.
- Support ad‑hoc requests, presentations, and process documentation as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign/Photoshop or Canva.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience with email‑marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActivePipe).
- Detail‑oriented, creative, and brand‑conscious.
- Collaborative, proactive, and professional working style.
- Comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders and external vendors.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of marketing, advertising or related experience.
