Job title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end testing of enterprise software, focusing on Salesforce integrations, database components, and complex business processes. Execute test planning, design, implementation, and closure while ensuring compliance with client standards and Agile Scrum practices.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality test artifacts, manage test data and environments, drive continuous improvement in testing techniques, and communicate findings to technical teams, business owners, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities：
- Define and document test strategy, objectives, and risk‑based testing plans for component, integration, system, and acceptance levels.
- Transform requirements, architecture, and data flows into detailed test conditions, scripts, and cases, utilizing structural (“white‑box”) techniques.
- Prepare test environments, manage test data provisioning and cleanup, and execute functional, non‑functional, regression, and confirmation tests.
- Validate database changes across production, staging, and testing tiers; create and maintain SQL queries and automated data generation scripts.
- Monitor test progress, adjust plans, and provide status reports and exit‑criteria assessments.
- Facilitate user‑centered and usability testing; support business customers in acceptance testing.
- Ensure adherence to client testing standards, security, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile Scrum setting.
Required Skills：
- 7+ years QA/testing experience in enterprise software environments.
- Expert “hands‑on” testing of complex technical systems (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle database.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation and data manipulation.
- Experience with automated testing tools (SOAPUI, TOSCA, Scriptless Automation).
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and iterative development methodologies.
- Proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and test management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Education & Certifications：
- Active Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, or equivalent).
