**Job Title**
Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end product management for software solutions in customer communications, CRM, digital experience, analytics, or BPM/BPM. Own product lifecycle, strategy, and market positioning, partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver features that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
**Expectations**
- Manage a product roadmap, budget, and delivery cadence for one or more product lines.
- Own prioritization, feature definition, release planning, and post‑launch performance tracking.
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable product strategy and executable plans.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the product across internal and external audiences, including senior stakeholders and field teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Product Lifecycle Management
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap; establish business cases and KPIs.
- Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and feature definition.
- Coordinate with engineering on sprint planning, release schedules, and scope adjustments.
2. Market & Customer Engagement
- Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and competitive analysis.
- Develop user personas, journeys, and requirement documents.
- Represent product at webinars, tradeshows, and partner events.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success for GTM planning, collateral, and enablement.
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Align product initiatives with corporate strategy and budget approvals.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on product performance, adoption, and market penetration.
- Use data to inform roadmap adjustments and validate decisions.
- Provide quarterly and ad‑hoc reports to leadership.
5. Enablement & Support
- Deliver internal training and enablement decks for sales and support teams.
- Gather feedback from field teams and incorporate into product improvements.
**Required Skills**
- Proven product management experience (minimum 5 years) in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of customer communications, CRM, digital experience, analytics, or BPM markets.
- Experience with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Pivotal Tracker).
- Data‑driven decision making, with ability to translate metrics into strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking skills.
- Stakeholder management, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Product Management (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) or Agile/Scrum (Product Owner) are a plus.
