**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Account for early-stage sales pipeline generation by sourcing, qualifying, and engaging prospects in the residential real‑estate, property‑management, and developer sectors. Execute multi‑channel outreach, schedule demos, and support the sales team through accurate CRM data and collaborative marketing initiatives. **Expectations:** - Drive top-of-funnel activity and achieve outbound outreach volume targets. - Secure high‑quality appointments for Account Executives. - Consistently maintain and improve CRM accuracy and reporting. - Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales to refine prospecting tactics and messaging. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify leads across residential real estate, property management, and developer verticals. - Execute targeted, multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events). - Book product demos and meetings with decision‑makers (Property Directors, Asset Managers, Community Managers, Heads of Resident Experience). - Research and tailor messages to highlight operational challenges solved by the platform. - Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and inbound lead follow‑up. - Enter and update lead data in CRM, track activity, and report on outreach KPIs. - Serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for prospects. **Required Skills:** - 1–2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real‑estate technology. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently. - Self‑motivation, strong organisation, and time‑management. - Curiosity and willingness to learn industry‑specific challenges. - Resilience, persistence, and drive to meet or exceed targets. - Positive, proactive team player with fast‑paced, high‑growth adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications required.
