Job Description
Job title: Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Execute and support integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels, CRM, and collateral to reinforce brand consistency. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely content updates, data management, and event support while collaborating cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: - Administer Salesforce CRM: adoption, support, workflow improvement, data integration. - Manage website content and digital presence, ensuring brand‑aligned copy quarterly. - Create and update PowerPoint presentations, maintain brand standards. - Update and maintain marketing collateral; track statistics and rankings. - Monitor, engage, and create content for B2C social media (Alliance Town Center). - Oversee corporate email inboxes, route leads. - Process invoice coding and budget alignment. - Organize digital assets in Canto, tag and categorize. - Maintain promotional inventory, order restocks. - Support event logistics and customer‑experience activities. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. - Customer‑service oriented with responsive inquiry handling. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint). - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. - Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, DNN) and digital asset platforms. - Social media management knowledge and digital marketing trend awareness. - Comfortable adopting new technologies, AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
