Job Description: **Job title** Full Stack Software Development Lead **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end software development for ground‑station and onboard systems in a drone‑technology company. Design, code, test and deploy complex full‑stack applications and embedded firmware, ensuring integration with real‑world flight operations and client requirements. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code across web, desktop, and embedded platforms. * Own the technical vision and execution for ground‑station software and microcontroller firmware. * Validate features through flight tests and interact with customers to refine requirements. * Act independently, manage project milestones, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, architect and implement ground‑station software including swarm‑management UI. * Develop embedded applications on microcontrollers and Linux‑based boards for both ground and aircraft use. * Build video‑processing and AI‑driven modules for real‑time data handling. * Coordinate and conduct flight‑test campaigns to validate new functionalities. * Engage with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions and deploy systems. * Mentor junior developers and maintain coding standards. **Required Skills** * Proficient in C, C++, Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), HTML & CSS. * Experience with full‑stack development (web and desktop client applications). * Strong background in embedded Linux, microcontroller programming, RTOS fundamentals. * Knowledge of video‑streaming pipelines and AI integration for autonomous systems. * Familiarity with drone telemetry, swarm coordination logic, and flight‑control interfaces. * Ability to run and analyze field‑test data, produce technical documentation, and translate user requirements into code. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and self‑direction; proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Professional certifications in embedded or software development (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, or vendor‑specific) are a plus but not mandatory. ---
