**Job Title**
IT Responsable (IT Manager)
**Role Summary**
Lead the digital strategy of the organization by managing end‑to‑end IT projects, overseeing the IT infrastructure, and ensuring GDPR compliance. Drive innovation, performance, and security across the enterprise IT landscape.
**Expectations**
* 8+ years of senior IT or project‑management experience in high‑profile, regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices, industrial).
* Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Strong technical background in software development, cloud, and security, coupled with leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Fluency in English (technical & medical terminology) and rigorous approach to confidentiality and data protection.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the full lifecycle of digital products: requirements, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Own project planning, budgeting, documentation, and KPI monitoring; ensure high performance, scalability, and stability of the technical stack.
* Manage the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints, Firewalls, AD, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, collaboration tools).
* Provide internal technical support, optimize user experience, and coordinate external service providers (hosting, security, backups).
* Implement backup/restore procedures, updates, monitoring, PRA/PCI, and continuous improvement of the IT environment.
* Lead GDPR initiatives: documentation, impact assessments, access controls, audits, and liaison with DPO and CNIL.
* Advance cybersecurity best practices and conduct user training and awareness campaigns.
* Serve as the primary contact for regulatory compliance and vendor management.
**Required Skills**
* Project Management (CMO, Agile/Scrum, resource planning, risk management).
* Software Development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, Node.js or Python.
* Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.
* Operating Systems & Environments: Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, GCP.
* Cybersecurity fundamentals, network architecture, data protection, and audit procedures.
* GDPR and privacy regulation knowledge; ability to create and maintain compliance documentation.
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, autonomy, and confidentiality.
* Continuous learning mindset and proactive monitoring of industry trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering (specialization in healthcare preferred).
* Professional certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent GDPR/Privacy certifications (preferred).
