**Job Title** Staff Accountant **Role Summary** Drive the development and operation of accounting infrastructure and processes in a rapidly expanding fintech/cyber risk firm. Manage revenue recognition, cost accounting, cash and treasury activities, month‑end close, tax filings, and internal controls, while leading automation and continuous improvement initiatives across both insurance and software divisions. **Expectations** * Deliver immediate, measurable improvements to accounting systems and controls. * Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. * Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and product teams to embed accounting best practices. * Maintain accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and readiness for audit. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
