Job Description
Job title: Senior DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure supporting multiple development teams; build and optimize CI/CD pipelines; drive DevOps culture and operational excellence. Expactations: - Lead automation of software delivery workflows and infrastructure provisioning. - Ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of production systems. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (dev, QA, security) to remove bottlenecks and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline the software development lifecycle by identifying pain points and implementing process improvements. - Build, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Travis, or similar. - Develop and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure, tooling, and monitoring. - Manage code repositories and monorepo build/test systems (Nx, Pants, Bazel). - Configure and maintain observability stack (logging, monitoring, tracing) with CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, etc. - Ensure systems meet reliability and availability requirements; troubleshoot production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis. - Promote DevOps principles and culture across engineering teams. Required Skills: - 5+ years of DevOps experience. - Expertise in public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), serverless and container orchestration (AWS Fargate, Kubernetes). - Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform or equivalent). - Advanced CI/CD pipeline design and optimization. - Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx, Pants, Bazel). - Strong knowledge of observability (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus). - Ability to work collaboratively across teams. **Job Title** Staff Accountant **Role Summary** Drive the development and operation of accounting infrastructure and processes in a rapidly expanding fintech/cyber risk firm. Manage revenue recognition, cost accounting, cash and treasury activities, month‑end close, tax filings, and internal controls, while leading automation and continuous improvement initiatives across both insurance and software divisions. **Expectations** * Deliver immediate, measurable improvements to accounting systems and controls. * Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. * Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and product teams to embed accounting best practices. * Maintain accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and readiness for audit. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
