Job title: Full Stack Web Developer (Apprenticeship) Role Summary: Apprentice full‑stack developer will collaborate with the tech team to build and enhance a web application focused on personalized dermatology. Responsibilities include optimizing performance, developing recommendation algorithms, maintaining UI quality, integrating APIs, and ensuring platform stability. Expactations: • Apprentice-level commitment with a strong willingness to learn and contribute. • Demonstrable grasp of software architecture, REST APIs, and database fundamentals. • Ability to work autonomously while actively participating in cross‑functional collaboration and weekly team rituals. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize and scale the Bubble‑based frontend along with external logic. - Develop and maintain the recommendation algorithm (Python). - Identify, prioritize, and fix platform bugs; conduct functional testing. - Maintain and evolve Bubble workflows and UI components (HTML/CSS/JS). - Build and maintain connectors to third‑party services (Stripe, Intercom, etc.). - Ensure front‑end quality and a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with product, design, and medical teams in weekly meetings. Required Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Hands‑on experience with Python or strong motivation to acquire it. - Familiarity with No‑Code/Low‑Code tools (Bubble) for front‑end or rapid iteration. - Understanding of RESTful API design, handles, and data flow. - Experience debugging, performance tuning, and low‑level optimization. - Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases; SQL or NoSQL skills valued. - Solid principles of software architecture, workflow management, and data handling. - Demonstrated focus on UX, product logic, and stability. Required Education & Certifications: - Enrollment or graduation from an engineering school, computer science program, or equivalent. - Completed coursework or certifications in web development, software engineering, or related fields.
