Job Description: Job Title: Cloud Developer Role Summary: Act as a technical advisor guiding clients through cloud adoption, performing AWS migrations, designing serverless and IaC solutions, integrating generative AI and machine learning, executing comprehensive testing, optimizing infrastructure, conducting code reviews, document internal processes, and researching emerging technologies. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, cost‑efficient, secure, and scalable AWS solutions. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Demonstrate continuous learning and curiosity about cloud advancements. - Work autonomously within varied client environments while collaborating closely with teammates. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on technology choices and cloud best practices. - Lead migration activities to AWS across multiple projects. - Build and maintain serverless architectures using IaC. - Design and implement generative AI and machine learning components. - Devise and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests. - Optimize existing AWS services for cost, security, reliability, and performance. - Perform thorough code reviews and document internal procedures. - Conduct research on viable solutions and innovative development paths. - Keep up‑to‑date with cloud technology trends and share insights. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python and TypeScript. - 2–3 years of experience with AWS products and services. - In‑depth knowledge of serverless, IaC (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform), and migration strategies. - Understanding of generative AI, Bedrock, and machine learning fundamentals. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities. - Excellent written and oral communication in English; functional French is a plus. - Ability to explain technical details to diverse audiences. - Self‑starter mindset with teamwork orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 Associate‑level AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate).
