Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager – HelloData **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end customer success for mid‑market and enterprise real‑estate clients of HelloData, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of the SaaS platform through strategic partnership, data‑driven guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Expactations:** - Achieve and maintain high customer retention and net revenue retention rates. - Reach or exceed set usage, adoption, and satisfaction (NPS) targets. - Deliver growth through upsell and expansion, meeting specified revenue goals. - Resolve risks and account issues in a timely manner, keeping customer health metrics on target. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard new customers, facilitating implementation and education on product features. - Own a book of mid‑market/enterprise accounts, fostering long‑term stakeholder relationships. - Monitor customer health, proactively mitigate churn risks, and conduct renewal conversations. - Identify upsell/expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close deals. - Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales to refine the customer journey and advocate for client needs. - Analyze account data to assess performance, usage, and ROI; present actionable insights in regular reviews. - Maintain accurate records of engagement, health, and activities in CRM/CS tools. **Required Skills:** - 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client‑facing roles. - Deep knowledge of real‑estate industry, with mandatory real‑estate and preferred property‑management background. - Proven success driving renewals, upsells, and revenue growth in a growth‑mode environment. - Strong commercial mindset and data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Problem‑solving and analytical skills; adept at navigating evolving processes. - Proficiency with CRM/CS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Intercom, etc.). - Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities independently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience). - Any relevant certifications (e.g., CS or SaaS practice certifications) welcomed.
