Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary**
Support, administer, and enhance a Salesforce instance for a high‑growth foodservice technology enterprise. Design and build declarative and code‑based solutions, manage user access, validate data, and integrate third‑party applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Service) to drive automation, data quality, and data‑driven marketing initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver secure, scalable Salesforce configurations within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and improve existing processes, integrations, and data models.
- Communicate progress, risks, and requirements clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform efficiency and user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer user setups, profiles, roles, and access controls.
- Develop and manage custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, and advanced workflow/process builders.
- Design, build, and test declarative flows and, where necessary, Apex triggers or integration logic.
- Document project plans, technical specifications, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to gather requirements and create automation solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot existing integrations (ERP, CTI, connected apps).
- Implement and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect, Data Cloud, Field Service, and Service Cloud integrations.
- Conduct data clean‑up, migration, and transformation using ETL tools and Data Loader.
- Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for decision support.
- Manage version control and release schedules for custom developments.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and knowledge transfer sessions.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin platforms (Service, Sales, Marketing Cloud).
- Declarative flow development; basic Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components experience desired.
- Integration design with Salesforce APIs, third‑party connectors, and ETL solutions.
- Proficient in data modeling, data quality, and data migration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce Sandbox testing.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
*Preferred Certifications and Experience*
- Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator/Consultant, or Field Service Admin certifications.
- 3+ years Salesforce admin experience in a fast‑growth environment.
- Experience with Heroku and large‑scale integrations.
