**Role Summary**
Lead advanced business analysis to drive rapid, high‑value solutions for pensions and life insurance initiatives. Own end‑to‑end analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design while mentoring a cross‑functional team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead business analysis activities to maximise business value for pensions and life insurance programs.
- Analyse complex requirements, co‑create solutions with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams.
- Own prioritisation of initiatives and design of innovative solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Provide data‑driven insights to inform stakeholder decisions and impact assessments.
- Mentor team members in requirements analysis, design thinking, and process improvement.
- Design, implement, and embed BA best practices to ensure high‑quality standards.
- Support stakeholder engagement and change management, communicating complex requirements in clear, consumable formats.
- Advise on change impact, navigation strategies, and adoption support.
