Job Description: Job title: Strategy & AI Operations Intern Role Summary: Internship focused on scaling AI and automation initiatives while driving high‑impact strategy and operations projects. Works directly with the Chief of Staff to define AI strategy, build and maintain an internal use‑case portfolio, and execute cross‑functional projects that improve efficiency, cost savings, and go‑to‑market experimentation. Expectations: - 6‑month duration. - Deliver actionable insights, project execution, and executive‑ready deliverables. - Collaborate across teams and geographies; maintain continuous communication and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Support GM in shaping AI & automation strategy. - Structure, document, and maintain the internal AI use‑case/agent portfolio (playbooks, rollout guides). - Design and build automation workflows with n8n or comparable tools to boost internal efficiency. - Track adoption, performance metrics across teams, identify blockers, and propose solutions. - Develop enablement assets (training, demos, toolkits) to drive AI adoption. - Solve diverse business problems; lead or co‑own cross‑functional projects from scoping to delivery. - Prepare materials for leadership meetings, summarize action items, and follow up. - Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling. - Build executive‑ready memos, recommendations, and maintain dashboards (Tableau/BI). - Extract and analyze data using SQL when needed. Required Skills: - Strong analytical ability; proficient in Google Sheets. - SQL and/or BI tools a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Project management: structured, organized, reliable follow‑through. - Entrepreneurial, proactive, resourceful, solution‑oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field) at a top‑tier university, or equivalent experience. - Valid legal authorization to work in France or the EU.
