Job Description
**Job title** HR Assistant (Gender-neutral) **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and administrative processes. Collaborate with managers to address day‑to‑day HR challenges, participate in performance review campaigns, and act as a liaison between internal staff, payroll, and external agencies. **Expectations** - 2+ years of HR experience in a similar support role, preferably covering commercial or marketing functions. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Social Law. - Strong client‑orientation, persuasive communication, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Attend on‑site team meetings, offering guidance on everyday HR matters. - Support annual performance review processes and related communications. - Drive end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates. - Organize and promote school, trade fair, and partnership events. - Manage onboarding and off‑boarding paperwork; coordinate with payroll on data transfers. - Develop and maintain employee induction programmes. - Draft HR letters, notes, contracts, and amendments. - Serve as primary contact for staffing agencies, ensuring alignment with production demands. - Update HR dashboards, indicators, and reporting tools. - Contribute to group‑wide HR development initiatives and continuous‑process improvements. **Required Skills** - HR policy knowledge and practical application. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional French a plus). - Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and reporting tools. - Agile mindset, problem‑solving, and initiative to propose process enhancements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s level study in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent. - Optional professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD, HRCI) will be considered a plus.
