Job title: Marketing & Acquisition Manager – Internship (Co‑op)
Role Summary
Drive the growth of a B2B SaaS mobility platform by developing and executing a data‑driven marketing strategy. Manage multi‑channel campaigns, optimize digital touchpoints, produce high‑value content, coordinate events, and collaborate on product‑brand initiatives to generate qualified leads and strengthen market position.
Expectations
- Graduate student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or related field (Master 2 or exchange year).
- Proactive, organized, and data‑oriented with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast‑moving startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine marketing acquisition strategy, selecting optimal channels and positioning.
- Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, SEA, email, etc.).
- Monitor performance, analyze metrics, recommend optimizations, and uncover new opportunities.
- Create and curate high‑impact content: UI, articles, case studies, infographics, client stories.
- Plan and coordinate physical events or webinars, including theme selection, speaker scouting, and logistics.
- Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to inform acquisition tactics.
- Support strategic projects: website redesign, acquisition journeys, marketing dashboards, automation.
- Leverage SaaS platform data to extract actionable insights for campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong command of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEA, social media, performance analytics).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Brevo, Google Analytics).
- Bonus: familiarity with design/prototyping tools (Webflow, Figma) and prior startup experience.
Required Education & Certifications
- Current enrollment or completion of a Master 2 business/marketing program or equivalent.
- Prior internship in strategy or digital marketing is required.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
