**Job title**: Senior Salesforce Engineer, Sales Cloud
**Role Summary**:
Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ development, architecting scalable, secure solutions that drive revenue organization efficiency. Serve as the principal technical partner to business analysts, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement across the platform.
**Expectations**:
- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce features from concept to production.
- Make decisive architectural choices, selecting declarative, code‑based, or third‑party tools as appropriate.
- Deliver maintainable, secure, and high‑performance solutions that meet business objectives and data‑driven standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drive feature development in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including CPQ implementation.
2. Translate business requirements into technical designs with sustainable, scalable architecture.
3. Design, code, test, and deploy Apex, Lightning Components, flows, and integrations.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to integrate new features with existing systems.
5. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on enhancements.
6. Mentor peers on best practices in Salesforce development, governance, and deployment.
7. Integrate AI or chatbot tooling when it adds value to revenue processes.
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud focus).
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, configuration, and security.
- Proven CPQ architecture and Order‑to‑Cash end‑to‑end experience.
- Strong command of Git, SFDX CLI, DevOps pipelines, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (or Aura), SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (preferred).
