**Role Summary**
Provide tactical support for B2B marketing initiatives across the healthcare and employer benefit sectors. Coordinate cross‑channel campaigns, manage collateral and event logistics, and use data analysis to drive demand generation. Serve as a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality across digital and physical channels.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid, field, partner) for conferences, regional events, and membership programs.
- Track project timelines, manage tasks, and remove blockers to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Produce and organize marketing collateral, ensuring branding and messaging accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and report campaign metrics to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Maintain content management systems and databases for all marketing assets.
- Support sales enablement by creating materials that illustrate health outcome improvements.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years in B2B marketing; experience in healthcare, health‑tech, or closely related fields.
- Proven track record in employer‑benefit marketing and enterprise B2B programs.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and follow‑through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Data‑analytics mindset: collect, interpret, and act on performance metrics.

**Required Education & Certifications**
