**Job Title:** Key Account Manager – Automotive Data **Role Summary:** Drive revenue expansion for assigned automotive client portfolio by building long‑term trust with OEMs, financiers, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary conduit between clients and internal cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored data solutions, ensuring seamless sales cycles and post‑sale support. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed revenue targets. - Grow the portfolio through new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. - Foster enduring client loyalty and high satisfaction levels. - Position self as the go‑to expert on automotive data solutions for managed accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Commercial Development & Advisory** – Promote and prescribe automotive data offers to OEMs and financiers; pinpoint precise client needs; craft and present custom, value‑oriented recommendations. 2. **Project Management & Internal Coordination** – Partner closely with the Data PMO; orchestrate product, data, commercial, and technical teams to respond to RFPs and ensure smooth operational follow‑up for client adoption and issue resolution. 3. **Business Reviews & Action Planning** – Conduct regular account reviews; formulate strategic action plans to deepen client relationships and accelerate growth. 4. **Market Intelligence & Reporting** – Capture market trends, competitive moves, and emerging client demands; analyze portfolio performance; report insights to the Global Accounts Director. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in large‑account sales cycles and strong negotiation ability. - Deep knowledge of automotive data/software solutions. - Excellent oral and written communication, with proficiency in French and professional English. - Proven project coordination experience and client‑committee facilitation. - Competency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and Salesforce. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5 years as a Key Account Manager or equivalent in a large‑account environment, preferably within automotive software, data services, OEMs, financiers, or specialized IT consultancy. - Professional English fluency (written and spoken).
