Senior People & Culture Business Partner (GTM)
Role Summary
Strategic HR partner aligned with global GTM leaders to shape high‑performing teams, culture, and employee experience. Drives people strategy proactively, using data & coaching to influence decisions and business outcomes while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leaders, integrating people strategy with business goals.
- Use people analytics to surface insights, guide decisions, and drive action across functions.
- Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and effective team leadership.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives in org design, workforce strategy, performance, coaching, planning, and employee relations.
- Champion continuous improvement of people processes, challenging status‑quo with human‑centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to align talent strategy with revenue objectives.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions that support business priorities.
- Coach managers on performance, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with P&C specialties to design and deliver programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters, balancing business and employee needs.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support growth and change.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, off‑sites, and cultural events that promote connection and clarity.
- Continuously refine HR processes and deliver smarter, people‑first solutions.
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations using tools such as Dayforce, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, MS Office.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and adapt policies to new regions as needed.
Required Skills
- 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner in a global, fast‑paced environment.
- Deep expertise in org design, performance management, talent development, engagement, and employee relations.
- Strong coaching ability and experience developing leadership capability.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional, global HR projects across cultures and time zones.
- Analytical proficiency; ability to interpret people data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, tech‑driven workplace.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Dayforce) and other HR tech tools (CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, MS Office).
- Knowledge of global employment law and compliance requirements.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, PHR/SPHR, HRCI).
