**Job Title** Solution Engineer **Role Summary** The Solution Engineer will deliver end‑to‑end technical implementation of Evertrust’s digital certificate lifecycle management solutions, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support for enterprise customers. Work closely with Professional Services, R&D, and client teams to provide expert guidance, documentation, and process improvement. **Expectations** - Complete deployment of solutions (installation, configuration, testing, validation). - Act as a technical champion, helping customers understand and utilize the product. - Produce clear technical documentation for both customers and internal teams. - Capture customer feedback and translate it into product roadmap contributions. - Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal support. - Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tooling. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Install, configure, test, and validate Evertrust solutions on client infrastructure. 2. Provide technical and functional guidance to customers throughout implementation. 3. Author and maintain detailed technical documentation and training materials. 4. Gather and report customer requirements, expectations, and satisfaction metrics. 5. Liaise with R&D to relay field insights, enhance product features, and refine the roadmap. 6. Escalate and resolve technical challenges, coordinating with engineering and support teams. 7. Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices, tools, and methodologies. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical environments (PKI, identity management, infrastructure security). - Strong knowledge of PKI standards and cybersecurity best practices. - Proven project management ability in technical deployments. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus. - Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and collaborative attitude. - Ability to work autonomously while supporting a broader team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent. - Optional certifications: CISSP, CISM, PKI Professional, or similar security credentials.
