Global Head of Business Process AI Transformation
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end transformation of sales, marketing, and CRM processes across a multinational organization. Design a unified process vision, identify high‑value AI use cases, prioritize initiatives, and govern execution to deliver measurable business value and sustained adoption of new workflows.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a clear, scalable vision for integrated sales, marketing, and CRM processes backed by AI and emerging technologies.
- Prioritize and validate AI use cases that maximize operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Build a prioritized roadmap with realistic timelines and resource requirements.
- Drive cross‑functional governance, aligning stakeholders from data, IT, product, and business units.
- Demonstrate proof‑of‑value and enable rapid scaling of successful pilots.
- Ensure enterprise‑wide adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Co‑create transformation strategy and long‑term vision for Sales, Marketing, and CRM processes.
2. Map existing processes, uncover operational pain points, and identify optimization opportunities.
3. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases using bottom‑up and top‑down approaches.
4. Manage the portfolio of initiatives, aligning with business value, feasibility, and interdependencies.
5. Lead project execution with Data & AI, IT, Product, and commercial teams.
6. Run Proof of Value projects, measure outcomes, and validate readiness for scale.
7. Maintain process and tool coherence for a unified customer experience.
8. Champion adoption of new ways of working across the organization.
9. Establish and lead cross‑functional governance and community forums for Sales & Marketing.
**Required Skills**
- 8–10 years of experience in process transformation/optimization in complex, global environments.
- Deep understanding of AI/GenAI business impact and data‑driven technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and CRM operations.
- Strategic visioning, prioritization, and stakeholder mobilization.
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all organizational levels, including C‑suite.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate large cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or related certification is advantageous.
