Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Role Summary Serve as a technical liaison between wealth‑management operations and technology platforms, primarily Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other enterprise tools, to design, implement, and optimize processes, system integrations, and automation for efficiency and scalability. Expectations - Deliver end‑to‑end system solutions that align with business requirements and improve operational workflows. - Communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable business benefits. - Operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors to meet project milestones and adoption goals. Key Responsibilities - Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM using Financial Services Cloud (custom objects, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, security). - Own and lead technology projects from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment and user adoption. - Design automated workflows and business processes to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency. - Execute comprehensive testing (UAT, defect management, data migration validation, performance verification). - Build and manage integrations between systems (e.g., Black Diamond, eMoney, Workato) ensuring data consistency, security, and performance. - Act as primary technical liaison and product owner for selected enterprise systems, managing vendor relationships and stakeholder needs. - Perform ongoing system maintenance, updates, and improvement iterations. Required Skills - Advanced Salesforce development (Flows, custom objects, Financial Services Cloud). - Experience with wealth‑tech portfolio management platforms, document management systems, and cloud storage. - Strong process ownership and workflow design, documentation, and improvement. - Project management skills leading technology implementations through adoption. - Proficient in integration tools (e.g., Workato or equivalent). - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain to non‑technical audiences. - Self‑motivated and capable of independent work while maintaining team alignment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, **or** 3+ years of business systems analysis experience in financial services. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud Certification) are preferred.
