Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack eCommerce Developer **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end development of scalable B2B eCommerce solutions, integrating front‑end React/Next.js and back‑end Node/Express.js services. Mentor a distributed development team, ensuring high code quality and alignment with Agile delivery practices. **Expactations:** - Deliver robust, maintainable code for high‑traffic eCommerce platforms. - Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore teams to meet project milestones. - Translate complex business requirements into functional, tested software artifacts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deploy front‑end and back‑end components using React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js. - Architect and maintain APIs, data models, and services for B2B eCommerce workflows on platforms like BigCommerce. - Manage relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver releases on schedule. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance. - Use Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub) to track progress, manage sprints, and document decisions. - Mentor and guide developers, providing technical direction and best‑practice training. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of web development experience, with 8+ years hands‑on JavaScript. - Proven proficiency in React.js/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend). - Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining B2B eCommerce solutions (BigCommerce or equivalent). - Strong database expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies. - Expertise in API design, system integration, and middleware. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements into code. - Experience leading or mentoring remote developer teams. - Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and version control (GitHub). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
