**Role Summary**
Lead and execute high-value sales and partnership development for defense, intelligence, and national security organizations in a designated region. Leverage deep government networks and policy expertise to structure, negotiate, and close multi-million dollar IT/AI predictive intelligence deals, while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior government officials.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end revenue generation in the assigned territory, targeting $5 M–$50 M+ deals.
- Build and maintain influence with ministers, congressional/parliamentary leaders, defense committees, and senior security officials.
- Translate government priorities into tailored partnership structures and contractual frameworks.
- Provide strategic market insights to shape product‑market fit and company direction.
- Demonstrate rapid learning and business acumen within a one‑year intensive mentorship program led by the CEO.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue high‑potential opportunities across defense ministries, intelligence agencies, and security bodies.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies based on political, budgetary, and threat‑environment analysis.
- Design and negotiate multi‑year program contracts, pilots, and allied collaboration agreements.
- Act as senior liaison for ministers, assistants, committee staff, intelligence directors, and SES officials.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources (Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Customer Success) for executable deal structures and smooth transition from contract to implementation.
- Produce regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and market‑dynamic updates.
- Represent the organization at defense conferences, bilateral forums, congressional hearings, and industry events.
**Required Skills**
- Proven track record in winning complex federal/defense contracts (≥$5 M).
- Extensive network within defense, intelligence, and foreign‑policy circles (congressional, parliamentary, or senior government).
- Strong negotiation, deal‑structuring, and closure capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate policy context into commercial advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills at executive level.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and lead from within.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Government, Public Policy, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Government Sales Professional, MBA) preferred but not mandatory.
