**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and delivery of end‑to‑end generative AI products, driving the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch, while shaping product strategy and engineering practices within a high‑growth, startup‑mindset organization. **Expectations** - Minimum 7 years building scalable web applications. - Deep expertise in modern front‑end technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS). - Proven ability to create products from zero to launch, including testing, measurement, and iteration. - Strong product and UX focus, delivering intuitive and accessible experiences. - Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional project delivery and engineering culture. **Key Responsibilities** - Own multi‑month end‑to‑end product development for generative AI solutions. - Design and implement high-performance, scalable front‑end applications. - Collaborate with product, design, and back‑end teams to set priorities, timelines, and deliver high‑impact features. - Champion UI/UX excellence; ensure interfaces are polished, accessible, and user‑centric. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system speed and scalability. - Establish and enforce team‑wide coding standards, testing practices, and release processes. - Mentor engineers, guiding technical decisions and fostering a high‑quality engineering culture. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS (or equivalent). - Strong debugging and performance‑optimization abilities. - Product‑thinking mindset with attention to design detail. - Experience leading cross‑functional projects and collaborating with product managers and designers. - Mentoring and leadership experience. - Familiarity with front‑end testing, A/B testing, and safe rollouts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
