Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack features for a real‑time AI voice automation platform. Work across the stack—React, TypeScript, Node.js (and/or Python)—to deliver prompt orchestration, telephony integrations, dashboards, analytics, and onboarding workflows. Expectations: - 2+ years of full‑stack development experience using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Product‑oriented mindset with ownership of end‑to‑end problem solving. - Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments. - Clear, collaborative communication within small, high‑impact teams. - Formal CS or CE degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience. Key Responsibilities: - Build core features: prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, telephony integrations. - Design and ship scalable backend, frontend, and infrastructure solutions. - Own product cycles from architecture through production and iterative improvement. - Create intuitive customer interfaces and robust APIs for rapid onboarding. - Engage with customers to debug issues and translate feedback into product enhancements. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js (Python optional). - Experience with telephony integration and API design. - Knowledge of building scalable, maintainable systems. - Effective problem‑solving across the full stack. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
