Job Title: Marketing & Online Sales Manager – AI, Content Creation & E-Commerce
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end marketing, content creation, social media, and e‑commerce operations for multiple brands. Own Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other online storefronts; produce high‑quality video/photo content; drive traffic and conversions using AI tools; collaborate with sales & operations to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. **E‑commerce Management** – Set up, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. Build product pages, add media, monitor inventory, run promotional pricing, analyze performance metrics, and drive traffic from social channels to storefronts.
2. **Social Media Management** – Manage daily posting, scheduling, brand voice consistency, audience engagement, and growth strategies across all brand accounts. Utilize AI tools for content scheduling and analytics.
3. **AI‑Driven Content Creation** – Film, edit, and publish high‑quality short‑form and long‑form videos and photos. Leverage AI editing software, storyboard concepts, handle lighting/audio, and produce reels, TikToks, product demos, and corporate videos.
4. **High‑Output Campaign Execution** – Plan and launch marketing campaigns that generate sales, create content calendars, support sales teams with promotional assets, automate posting and reporting, and propose new promotion tactics for launches and brand growth.
Required Skills
- Hands‑on experience managing Amazon, Shopify or equivalent e‑commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of online product sales and conversion optimization.
- Expertise in video production and editing (short‑form and long‑form).
- Strong on‑camera presence and comfortable as a brand spokesperson.
- Proficiency with AI tools for marketing, content creation, and automation.
- Ability to manage multiple social media channels and grow audiences.
- Commercially driven mindset with ability to work autonomously.
- Experience creating commercial product content (not personal projects).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Production or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in e‑commerce platforms (Amazon Seller, Shopify Expert) and digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
