Job title: Ecommerce Executive
Role Summary: Deliver growth across Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces by managing listings, driving traffic, and enhancing conversion through analytics, creative content, and social media.
Expectations: Increase online sales and marketplace visibility, optimise listings and website content, create engaging social media campaigns, and provide actionable performance insights that drive commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimise and monitor product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms for visibility, keywords, and conversion.
- Track sales performance, Buy Box %, category rankings, competitor activity, account health, and compliance.
- Support promotions, pricing updates, deal setup, seasonal events, and account health monitoring.
- Update Shopify/D2C product pages, collections, banners, and promotional content; manage merchandising, bundles, discounts, and product launches.
- Analyse on‑site conversion rates and customer journey metrics.
- Plan, create and schedule social media content (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn); produce short‑form video (Reels/TikTok style) and engage audience.
- Monitor analytics, respond to comments/messages, and provide insights for improvement.
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports across platforms; identify growth opportunities in keywords, bundles, pricing, stock, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with stock, logistics, and customer service for demand planning and marketplace replenishment.
- Support peak trading events (Black Friday, Christmas, launches, seasonal campaigns).
- Create visual assets using Canva or similar tools for social, website banners, Amazon listings, and paid ads; progress to owning day‑to‑day brand design output.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of eCommerce, marketplace trading, or digital marketing experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Shopify (or similar).
- Managing business social media accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Creative thinker capable of producing engaging content.
- Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to learn quick).
- Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) is a plus.
- Understanding of CRO, SEO for eCommerce, and keyword optimisation (desirable).
