Job title: AI and Innovation Intern Role Summary: Assist in accelerating responsible AI adoption by testing tools, developing use cases, providing daily support, and optimizing processes across business functions. Expectations: Deliver clear documentation, prototype proof‑of‑concepts, user support, and insights to drive effective AI integration while maintaining data privacy and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute structured test cases using approved AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation, content generation models). - Document outcomes, accuracy, performance, and limitations; compare tools to recommend best fit for workflows. - Identify high‑value processes with Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing; translate challenges into defined AI use cases. - Build small‑scale prototypes to demonstrate proof‑of‑concept value; collect user feedback and measure early adoption. - Serve as employee resource for AI tool queries, troubleshooting, and best‑practice guidance. - Create how‑to guides, onboarding materials, and training documentation. - Promote responsible AI use aligned with company guidelines: data privacy, accuracy, and boundary setting. - Map existing workflows to identify AI‑driven simplification, automation, or acceleration opportunities. - Maintain centralized library of test cases, use cases, examples, and lessons learned; track adoption patterns and report insights to leadership. Required Skills: - Strong curiosity and knowledge of AI, automation, machine learning, and emerging technologies. - Proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL‑E). - Familiarity with agents, bots, and multi‑channel platforms (MCP) a plus. - Excellent written communication and ability to translate technical findings for non‑technical audiences. - Comfortable with iterative experimentation and quick learning. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
